Dinner Choice

It's Instrumental includes a plated dinner for our guests and you may choose from the 3 options listed below. Please indicate how many of each option you would like for you and/or your guests. If you are purchasing a table or bringing guests, and do not yet know your preference, please leave it blank and we will contact you prior to the event to confirm your dinner preference.
1. Parmesan Walleye
Parmesan walleye with caper cream sauce, roasted red potatoes, and a trio of fresh vegetables
2. Chicken Breast
Boneless chicken breast rolled in panko breadcrumbs and stuffed with prosciutto, smoked provolone and wilted arugula, finished with a boursin basil pesto cream sauce, served with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables
3. Butternut Squash (Vegetarian/Vegan)
Vegetarian/Vegan Option: Fresh Pasta, stuffed with roasted butternut squash, garlic, fresh sage w/ Roasted Tomato Fondue
