Epic Tales – Winter Concert

SEMYO presents Epic Tales featuring performances by all five SEMYO orchestras. Bravura Strings will open the concert with works inspired by historic adventures including Joust by Richard Meyer and Viking by Soon He Newbold. In addition to performances by all ensembles, the highlight of the concert will be a combined Prelude Winds, Chamber Strings, and Philharmonic Orchestra performance of Finlandia by Sibelius. The advanced Concert Orchestra will conclude Epic Tales with Tchaikovsky’s powerful and tragic Romeo and Juliet.

The concert will take place in the John Marshall auditorium on Sunday, February 26 at 2 PM.  All tickets purchases are will call and general seating.

Admission to Epic Tales is $10 for adults and free for youth aged 18 and under. Tickets are available at the door and are all general seating. Online ticket sales are closed at this time. Doors open at 1:30 PM.
