Join SEMYO for it’s annual fall gala on Friday, October 23 from 6:30-8 PM. The event will include a free live broadcast featuring performances by current and former SEMYO musicians along with the presentation of the Bravura Award for Excellence in Music Education to be awarded this year to Joseph Mish, Orchestra Director at Pine Island Schools.  Performers include the SEMYO Woodwind Trio, Amy and Cate Crockett (cello duo), and Corey Henke and Elliana Prigge (horn duo).  The event will also include special guest Erik Rohde who will speak and perform on the violin. Dr. Rohde is the conductor of the Winona Symphony Orchestra, Assistant Professor of Music at the University of North Iowa, and an alumnus of SEMYO.
